The modern villa project at The Oasis Binh Duong has a sophisticated minimalist style, a harmonious balance between contemporary luxury and a warm, sustainable feeling over time. S-House focuses on exploiting the original beauty of materials, creating a living space that is pure, modern but still close and sturdy.
Main material direction
The core material language of the project revolves around three main groups: natural stone - brushed stainless steel metal - light-toned natural walnut wood, cleverly combined with monochrome industrial wood to create depth and subtle contrast.
Natural stone is used as a key element, symbolizing stability and elegance. The selected stone has a slightly tangled pattern, does not reveal strong veins, creating a smooth, uniform feeling but still retains natural depth. Stone appears boldly in the staircase area, kitchen bar and dining table - locations that need high durability and long-term aesthetic value. The use of stone here not only helps the space become luxurious but also creates a strong highlight, breaking away from traditional wood tones.
Light-toned natural walnut wood is only used in spots, as a precious "accent note", not as a solution covering the entire project. Different from comprehensive wood paneling styles, S-House cleverly places walnut wood in locations that need the most warmth and luxury (a decorative wall part, important cabinet details, handrails or selected panels). This helps the project maintain its modernity and airiness, while affirming the solid and sustainable value that natural wood brings.
Monochrome industrial wood acts as the foundation, creating seamlessness and minimalism for most cabinets, partitions and fixed furniture. Clean neutral tones help highlight the beauty of the stone and walnut wood, while also being easy to maintain in everyday life.
Brushed stainless steel (metal) is used delicately in handle details, cabinet frames, lamp borders, glass frames and some interior accents. This material brings a modern industrial feel, adding depth to the space and creating an interesting contrast with the smooth stone surface and warm wood.
Overall, the interior space of The Oasis villa exudes modern - pristine - sustainable beauty. The intentional combination of natural stone (stairs, bar, dining table), walnut wood accents and brushed stainless steel makes the project both strong and elegant, suitable for the modern lifestyle of the homeowner - who appreciates true quality and long-term value instead of the trend of cumbersome tiling.
S-House is proud to bring a true living space "less is more", where each material has a reason to exist and contributes to creating a harmonious, luxurious and pleasant whole.
