1. Job description
- Receive topics, research ideas and plan functional premises for high-end villa and townhouse projects.
- Build preliminary 3D models and develop architectural/interior styles according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Rendering and Engineering departments to present 3D perspectives and hand over design documents.
- Directly present and explain design solutions and defend ideas to customers.
2. Candidate requirements
- University graduate majoring in Architecture, Planning or related; Minimum 1–2 years of experience designing villa/townhouse concepts.
- Proficient in specialized software: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop... (hand sketching ability is preferred).
- Architectural thinking, good aesthetic taste and mastery of design principles and construction standards.
- Good presentation skills, conveying ideas and being able to withstand work pressure.
