1. Job description

• Provide preliminary customer consultation when receiving information from the Marketing department.
• Telesale, introducing construction design consulting services to customers
• Monitor currently managed construction design contracts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Record and respond to customer comments, prepare periodic reports for management.
• Maintain relationships, take care of and build a loyal customer base.

2. Candidate requirements

Job requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree in Design, Construction, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing...
• Having knowledge and experience related to Design and Construction is an advantage
• Certificates and degrees related to the job
• Foreign language ability

Requires skills

• Communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, know how to listen and understand customer needs, and have the ability to present and explain information clearly and easily.
• Situation handling skills: Ability to analyze and evaluate problems logically, have good creative thinking skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade to quickly come up with a satisfactory solution for both parties.
• Time management skills: Know how to arrange and organize work properly, ensuring work is completed on time and according to requirements.
• Office computing and information technology: Proficient in using Microsoft office software and online customer service support tools.
