1. Job description

• Customer exploitation: Search and approach potential investors and homeowners.
• Solution consulting: Meet, survey the current status and give preliminary advice on style, function, and cost based on architectural knowledge.
• Professional coordination: Work with the internal team of architects/engineers to develop concept plans, quotes and capacity profiles for customers.
• Negotiate terms and convince customers to sign a full design and construction contract.
• Project care: Accompanying customers throughout the process from drawing up to project handover to optimize customer experience and expand referral sources.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors.

2. Candidate requirements

• Experience: Priority is given to candidates with experience in sales in the construction/high-end furniture industry, or Architects who want to try and make a breakthrough in income with the business segment.
• Education: Graduated from University/College in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Expertise: Proficient in reading and understanding 2D/3D drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit); good aesthetic thinking; Sensitive to architectural trends.
• Skills: Confident communication, good plan presentation, excellent negotiation and persuasion.
• Other: Have transportation, can withstand sales pressure.
