1.Job description
- Prepare detailed construction schedule from site receipt to completion and handover of the project.
- Arrange and assign work to each worker and coordinate subcontracting teams on site.
- Supervise and guide the construction process of workers to ensure technical quality and project progress.
- Plan to call for materials, arrange space for gathering and preserving materials at the construction site.
- Candidate requirements
- Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in technical supervision of actual construction of civil works (priority is given to specializing in villas, townhouses...).
- Qualities & Skills:
Able to withstand high work pressure and work overtime when needed to ensure progress.
Proactive, creative and highly responsible at work.
