1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze and evaluate architectural designs; From there, we provide reasonable water supply, drainage, electricity, and HVAC design solutions that fully meet technical requirements.
- Calculate and design electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage systems for civil projects such as villas and townhouses.
- Preside over the implementation of construction design drawings of water supply and drainage systems.
- Resolve technical problems and conflicts that arise on the construction site.
- Combine with other subjects (Architecture, Structure...) to optimize design and minimize problems when implementing actual construction.
- Perform other professional tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
2. Candidate requirements
- Have work experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in using specialized design software.
- Able to withstand high work pressure and work overtime when needed to meet project schedule.
- Proactive, creative and highly responsible at work.
