Internal Accounting staff

1. Job Description

• Revenue - expenditure & fund management: Monitor and check cash receipts / expenditure documents and bank deposits; Prepare receipts/expenditures and perform transfer transactions.
• Internal monitoring: Manage receivables and payables of customers, suppliers, and partners; Urging the collection of due debts.
• Warehouse & asset management (if any): Control export - import - inventory and manage tools, instruments and fixed assets.
• Track revenue - costs: Gather invoices and internal cost documents; Check the validity of payment requests from departments.
• Prepare internal reports: Synthesize and prepare cash flow reports, periodic revenue and expense reports.
• Office administrative tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting and Finance
• Experience: From 1 year of experience in a similar position (new graduates with good skills are accepted).
• Professional skills: Proficient in office Excel; (Knowing how to use MISA accounting software, ... is an advantage)3. Benefits & Salary

• Salary: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND/month
• Pay full social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
