1. Job description
- Create concept & design: Create ideas, create 3D interior perspectives for high-end civil projects (townhouses, villas, luxury apartments...).
- Coordinate implementation: Coordinate with the team of Architects/Engineers and the sales department to come up with design options that suit the needs and budget of customers.
- Progress tracking: Ensure design quality and progress according to each project phase.
2. Application requirements
- Qualification: Graduated from University majoring in Interior Design.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
- Software skills: Proficient in using specialized design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop...).
- Qualities & Skills:
Have good aesthetic thinking, creative, proactive and highly responsible at work.
Ability to work well under pressure, willing to work overtime when needed to ensure project progress.
