JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search and evaluate suppliers of supplies and materials in accordance with company standards and specific requirements of each project.
- Place orders and track orders to ensure purchases are on schedule, timely delivery and meet required quality.
- Notify relevant departments about purchase status, delivery time as well as relevant information and documents.
- Check and compare payment records with suppliers and accounting department.
- Monitor and manage company supplies.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: No experience required, candidates will receive proper training upon accepting the job.
- Education level: Graduated from University of Construction/Architecture
